Numerology
The art of numerology is quite old and has been used at least since ancient Hebrew times. The divination is quite simple and very personal. The basic forms of numerology includes the addition of a person's birthday including the year to give a "life path" to equal a single number; and then the addition of the equivalent alpha-numeric assignments of the alphabet to reach a single number of a person's to give the "expression". Meanings of the Numbers
Although there are many interpretations to the numbers with different meanings for the different positions and outcomes, we will explore here the general overall meanings to the numbers...for now...
One is the number of beginnings. Since many believe that there is the almighty One, all things come from and return to One. Everything is divisible by one and therefore has their roots in one. One also means solitude. There is one sun in our solar system with nine planets and all depend on the one sun for cohesion. If your number equals one, you have the potential to be domineering and powerful. You like to stand on your own and are their own authority. you can be a generous ally or a ruthless opponent. you may be considered by others to be hard to deal with.
Two is the oppostie of one. It represents the duality of humandkind (Adam & Eve)(Animal & Spiritual), good & evil, and all other pure opposites. Two has the characteristics oppostie of one. Where one is bold and sometime arrogant, two is passive and understanding. If two comes up in your reading, you can assume that that aspect is passive in nature. Gentle is also another keyword of two as well as charm, nurturing traits, romantic, soothing, etc.
Three is considered the most lucky of the numbers. A person who has a three as a main number, as in the birth path, will be looked upon by people as one who is witty, clever and successful. This person may also have a problem focusing on a particular task due to the other interests surrounding that person. It is the three that is summation of one and two and has the balance (and inbalance) of both. With this in mind, three is considered to be extremely capable when applied.
Four is the most founded of all numbers. This number is the foundation of all solid matter and is the required building block. Naturally lacking its own creativity, fours are bound to bind. They are virtually unbreakable and very stable. They are the completion. Fours must use the powers endowed to them and try to keep from being drawn down by lack of creativity. It is for the fours that society has cohesion.
Five is the number of the "Type-A" personality. Five is the number of always on the move. It is at the peak of the numbers and has the most momentum. Many see five people as hyper and high strung. Fives are very inquisitive to the point of intruding and can be a little tempered on a bad day. Some other traits are being an opportunist, unbound, active sexuality and assertiveness.
Six has many opposites to five. Being a more reserved number which is much more calm in mood. There is much balance in this number and is the most perfect mathematical number as described by Pythagoras. Six is also the number of days God took to create the universe, as described in the Hebrew book of Genesis. Six people hate chaos and any form of disarray and discord. It is the natural ability of six to calm "stormy seas". Years that add up to six are good for starting new ventures, like businesses and marriages.
Seven has many relations to biblical events and other spiritual occurences, both positive and negative. It is said that when a demon has lost a battle, it returns with sevenfold power. Revelations in the ew testament is filled with references to the number seven. Astronimically, the Moon circles the Earth in about 28 days, which is four distinct cycles of seven days. With all this in mind, seven represents completeness. There is solitarity built into this number for it is not divisible by any other number in the lower nine. Seven is the number of the mystic and the old wise man in the mountains. It is one of the best numbers for meditation and prophecy. A seven person is usually spending any extra time thinking about the deeper things of life. This person can also be a little intrroverted.
Material overtones and money are the main foci of this number. This is a powerful numbers for the acquiring of money and material goods. Great gains and great failures are associated with people and years in which eight is the main number. Eight has also been used to describe "new life" and "new beinnings". The message of immortality and life after death come from the very early meanings of eight. A doubling of the number four, eight is the introduction to the farther and new dimensions. Finally, eight's main vibration in today's world is that of business...do not rely on luck, for the success of the number eight is through skillful planning.
The most "mental" of the numbers, nine, is a latent gift for the person who bears this number. To fight for the needy and less fortunate is the foci of this number. Passion, emotion and other extreme feelings are what revolve around the daily life of a nine person. It is the number of the "closest to completion and perfection". Nine is also the number of reflection, for any number added to nine will remain that number, but in a higher state of cinsciousness. For example, 4+9=13 13=1+3 which is 4. Thirteen is the higher vibration of four. Love for the world revolve around this number and is the most selfless of all.
To be a mystic, a spiritual enigma is the fate of eleven. Criticized by the materialists and followed by the searchers. The hunches of the eleven person are usually accurate. There is warning if an eleven has to deal with the common world. They are usually flighty and involved in higher mental processes so much that they perform poorly in a common job. The career path should be of one where the eleven person can be in a position to help others.
International qualities show the strengths and aptitudes of the twenty-two person. A love for other cultures and living without boundaries are the highlights of this person. Much is expected of the twenty-two person from birth and many people watch the actions of him/her to make sure that greatness will be achieved. If chosen, this person will become a pinnacle of worldly issues. The lower vibration of four can be appreciated if this person wants a more simple life, but the sense of "something missing" will remain.
